Our hourly rates vary from EUR 165,-- to EUR 265,-- exclusive of 5% office costs and V.A.T., depending on required skills and experience, the degree of haste and the importance of the matter.
The first consultation is free of obligations and free of charge, unless you commission us immediatly and we can begin at once.
Prices can be agreed for debt collection. To a limited degree even on a 'no cure no pay' basis (with the exception of third party costs like court registry fees, procurator costs and bailiff's costs, as well as any costs awarded in lost cases).
Our graduated fee (percentage) for debt collection amounts to:
15% over the first EUR 2.950,--;
10% over the surplus untill EUR 5.900,--;
8% over the surplus untill EUR 15.000,--;
5% over the surplus untill EUR 58.990,--;
3% over the surplus more then EUR 58.990,--;
in mutual consultation and with a minumum of EUR 150,-- depending on the commission and scope of activities.
In other cases it is sometimes possible to work with fixed fees, subscriptions or incentives (a higher hourly rate applies if a certain target is achieved that has been agreed beforehand).
During the initial consultation crystal-clear agreements are made about this, which are naturally confirmed in writing. In principle, we invoice clients on a monthly basis.
